Build Better is a 8-week program built for people who want to train smarter, eat better, and commit to habits that last.

If you’re tired of overthinking food, starting over every Monday, or trying to “do better” without a plan, Build Better is for you.

Nope. You just need to be ready to show up and follow through. Everything is scalable to your level and there will be beginner and intermediate/advanced options for training.

The workouts are about 45-60 minutes but average about 60 minutes. You can train 2-4 days per week, depending on your schedule and training experience. The workouts are efficient and effective.

Nope. You’ll learn how to build balanced meals, hit protein and fibre goals, and eat in a way that supports your energy and strength. Tracking is optional, and we’ll focus on how to eat well without relying on it.

Yes, if that’s a goal. But fat loss isn’t the focus of this challenge. Instead, we’re building habits, creating consistency with movement, and learning how to eat in a way that supports your body.

We’ll focus on strength, energy, mindset, capability, confidence, and performance-based goals so a healthy lifestyle feels like something you get to do, not something you have to suffer through.

This isn’t about restriction, punishment, shame, or fear around food and exercise.
